Mia Miller
Photographer, interviewer, traveler.
Mia Miller is a multi-disciplinary photographer currently residing in New York City. She has worked in the film industry as a camera technician for five years, and as a documentary photographer & assistant for two years.
Her work spans across three continents, where she explores differences in cultures, individuality, and the absurd. Mia is largely motivated through the use of color and what is still unknown, intentionally framing out details to leave inquiry as a prominent intention.
She has volunteered across America, Europe, and Asia, documenting stories of individuals and organizations through photography and audio-recorded interviews. She details these stories in her blog “In Pursuit of the Thing”.
