Hi, I’m Mia.

I’m a photographer based out of the PNW and New York City. I love to do it, discuss it, and learn more about it. I work in event, travel, and production settings, as well as in the film industry in the camera department.

But I’m happy to do anything if I’m learning while doing it. Being especially one for traveling, I’ve combined wandering and work, and therefore have taken up many odd jobs volunteering overseas.

In the fall, I finished a five-month tour around SE Asia and Europe doing that. I took my camera and pen along for the ride, giving blogging and storytelling a shot.
